Choose from a wide variety of styles or create your own, then use them over and over again. With Document Styles in Finale 2008, you can instantly personalize the appearance of new documents, controlling text and music fonts, all libraries, text, graphics, and page layout. Simply select a Document Style on the first screen of the Set-up Wizard to get the visual results you want, and save time.
It's easy to create your own Document Styles. Just copy a completed Finale file (including notes) into the Document Styles folder and its settings become the basis for a new Document Style. Finale automatically knows what items pertain to the style, and which, like notes, do not. The next time you visit the Set-up Wizard you'll be able to select your new Document Style.

SongWriter allows users to quickly and easily compose and arrange music, hear their work and print premium-quality sheet music. Created for songwriters of all levels, including those who may be new to notation software, Finale SongWriter offers a large array of powerful but easy-to-use features. If you choose to wait until we ship the OS 9 version, all the improvements of 2004b will be sent to you on your initial CD. Among these will be support for EPS Export (and the ability to compile PostScript listings) that will not be in the initial release of 2004 for OS X. This initial release fully supports high-resolution TIFF and PICT Import and Export, as well as EPS Import.
