Shipping to you

United States

Sales over $99 will be shipped free if under 20 lbs. Over 20 lbs you will have the choice of USPS or UPS delivery. Cost and method will be chosen at checkout.

We ship nationwide across the contiguous (lower 48) states, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other USA territories.

International

We ship most international packages via USPS. Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purposes) and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels.

Oversized items that don't fit USPS standards will be shipped via other carriers depending on your location. We will contact you to inform you of your delivery method.

Some items cannot be exported due to manufacturer or government restrictions. You will receive an on-screen notice if you attempt to put an item in your shopping cart or check out an order containing items which we cannot send to you.

We also reserve the right to block certain products from being shipped outside the USA.

We ship around the globe. So wherever you are, you can get the best advice on the greatest gear at the best prices! Please check below to acquaint yourself with any exceptions and conditions that may apply to your neck of the woods.

We currently do not ship to Iran, Sudan, Cuba, Syria, North Korea and Uganda.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return a Hardware item from the date you received it. Software eLicenses (downloads) are not returnable once the eLicense is emailed to you. We will work with you to help you get the software working for you in those cases. Used or NFR boxed software are sold as is and not returnable. New unopened boxed software is returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your New Hardware item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Used Hardware items must be in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
